We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

If you receive an item which is damaged, defective or not of acceptable quality;or not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match its description. Please contact YAMATHON Customer Care for assistance.

How long do I have to make a return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?

  1. We gladly accept returns within 90 days from the purchase date for most items in new condition.
  2. The first return label is free , but for any additional return on the same order, a 1200JPY shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return. Pay on delivery is not supported.

The policy applies on orders placed starting 2025 March 1th,0 am JST.

How do I make a return?

  1. Sign into your YAMATHON account.
  2. Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
  4. According to your request, a return label has been successfully obtained. Follow the return list guidelines to complete the return.
  5. Please prepare the return items and pack them carefully,then wait for the delivery man to pick up the parcel.

Return multiple items from different orders in the same package

If you want to return items from different orders, you can return them together. When the items you returned meet the conditions for merging labels, you can select all the items in the COMBINE RETURN LIST. Remember to keep all of the items to be returned in one package.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or the tags are removed?

  1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Kindly noted when your return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. lf we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as but not limited to washed, damaged, unsealed activation, removal of the original tags attached, damage to the hygiene sticker, or any other situation we deem the product not suitable for resale, YAMATHON will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet the return requirements will not be returned back to you and will be recycled instead.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty underwear, Event & Party Supplies ,DIY Supplies ,Pet Supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
  3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).
  4. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.
  5. If the product you received is already damaged, defective or not of acceptable quality;or not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match its description, it will be eligible for return or refund.

Please contact YAMATHON Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the defective product and provide the product ID/SKU and photos/videos that show the condition of the defective product.

If returning the item is required before issuing a refund, Customer Service will assist you in applying for the free return service. In cases where points or coupons have expired at the time of refund, we will compensate with points or coupons. Please do not apply for a return before contacting Customer Service. Once the condition of the item has been confirmed, please inform Customer Service, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Please note:

  1. Do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for sending back any non-YAMATHON products.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your YAMATHON Wallet or the original form of payment as per your request. You can view the specific refund policy by clicking here.

Please note that the refund for "Convenience Store" cannot be withdrawn to your original payment account.

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
